3. What to do if you are diabetic?

First of all seek for doctor, and check your sugar level. Depending upon the glucose level doctor will figure out whether you have high glucose or low glucose parameter. Depending upon that your blood pressure will also vary, high blood pressure or low blood pressure.
If you have low sugar level, your blood pressure will drop due to low supply of glucose to the body.
If you have high sugar level, it damages arteries and makes them targets for hardening, called atherosclerosis. That causes high blood pressure, which if not treated, can lead to trouble including blood vessel damage, heart attack, and kidney failure.

4. How to control blood sugar levels?
The normal blood sugar level is 140 mg/dl. If the post postprandial sugar level exceeds 200 mg/dl then the person is diabetic.
The fasting blood sample can be 100 mg/dl, which is a normal value.
If the sugar is high lowering the artificial sugar intake is recommended.
Whereas natural sugars, in fruits and vegetables are suggested.
If the sugar or glucose concentration is low one must have ample amount of sugar that body needs. This may lead to dizziness.
